My Strengths

I TAKE A STRENGTHS BASED APPROACH

A strengths-based approach believes that focusing on using abilities to their full potential to increase productivity, workplace happiness, and help support our areas for growth. I employ a growth mindset in my work -- continuously looking for ways to learn and improve -- but also recognize the value of levering strengths to find meaning and community within our work. I also am a proponent for incorporating strengths that are not traditionally perceived as 'workplace' skills to foster more efficient, resilient, and innovative organizations.
